Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Digionce. We provide digital design and creative services that are custom-made based on customer requirements. Because of the nature of digital products, our refund and return rules are different from physical goods.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Nature of Services

All services offered by Digionce (graphics, videos, logos, branding, website designs, etc.) are digital and customized. Work begins after order confirmation and submission of your brief.

Once work has started, the service cannot be “returned.”


2. No Refund After Work Starts

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

❌ Change of mind after placing order
❌ Delay in providing requirements from your side
❌ You found another provider
❌ You no longer need the service
❌ Minor design differences based on personal taste
❌ Wallet balance unused

Digital service time and resources are allocated immediately after purchase.


3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

✔ We fail to start your project within the promised time
✔ We are unable to deliver the service
✔ Duplicate payment made due to technical error

In such cases, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Revision Instead of Refund

If you are not satisfied with the design or output, we strongly recommend using the revision option included in your package.

Our team will work with you to improve the result.


5. Wallet Recharge Policy

Money added to Digionce wallet:

✅ Can be used anytime for services
✅ Can be used for multiple orders

❌ Cannot be withdrawn to bank
❌ Cannot be refunded once added


6. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel:

  • Before work starts → Contact support immediately.

  • After work has started → Cancellation is not possible.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer raises a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving delivery, Digionce reserves the right to:

✔ Suspend the account
✔ Stop ongoing work
✔ Block future purchases
✔ Provide proof of delivery to the payment provider
